We start our day at 9:00 am at the Central Market Hall of Budapest. We will walk around the market for about an hour tasting, touching and smelling the typical Hungarian vegetables and spices.
When you think you cannot have more of the delicious and mouth watering sausages, cakes, fruits or even drinks than we continue our tour to one of Budapest best contemporary cooking studios to prepare your lunch. Yes, it will be you and your friends who will be doing the peeling, chopping, frying, etc while I will be talking to you about the basic Hungarian ingredients, their origin and usage in our cuisine.
The menu (soup, main dish and a dessert) is subject to negotiation and has to be booked before the tour.
Please do not hesitate to book this tour even if you are a vegetarian or suffer from food intolerance as Hungarian cuisine do contain tasty dishes also for non meat lovers.
